Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. The following conditions also apply:
- The item is unworn and unwashed
- The item has all original tags and labels attached
- The item is not damaged or altered in any way
- The item is not a final sale or clearance item
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at support@borrello.shop. We will respond to your email within 1-2 business days with further instructions. Please include your order number and a clear description of the reason for the return in your email.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If your return is approved, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method using Shopify Payments. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account and credit card statement to ensure the refund was not processed. If you are still unable to locate the refund, please contact our support team at support@borrello.shop for assistance.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team via email at support@borrello.shop to initiate an exchange. We will provide a replacement item or a refund, depending on availability.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for orders over $75, to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
